To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please take a moment to carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Empowering Birth is a transformative experience, and your full commitment is essential. While we provide knowledge, tools, and reflection opportunities, the outcomes are influenced by your willingness to actively engage with the content and integrate the practices into your life.

2. Medical Disclaimer

The information and techniques shared in Empowering Birth are intended for educational and informational purposes only. This course does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a healthcare provider. 3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this offering, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This policy honors the time, energy, and resources that go into creating and delivering this experience. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to another person (with prior approval) or contact us to discuss possible alternative arrangements.

4. Payment Plans and Defaulting on Payments

If you choose to pay via a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. Failure to meet a scheduled payment may result in immediate suspension of access to the course materials until the outstanding amount is settled. Continued non-payment may result in removal from the program without refund and, if necessary, referral to a collections agency. By enrolling with a payment plan, you are committing to honoring the full financial agreement.

We kindly ask that all participants engage in the course with an open heart and mind. Respectful communication with facilitators and fellow participants is expected at all times. Any disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and assume full responsibility for your wellbeing.
