Weekly Spinal Flow Wellness is recommended throughout your entire pregnancy to assist with Reducing unnecessary fear and anxiety about birth and parenting.

Your baby is encapsulated within your emotional current and it is so important to be able to feel as calm, connected and stress free as possible for yourself and also for the benefit of your babies emotional wellbeing. You will be supported with a hollowed pregnancy foam pillow to lay face down on your abdomen so that we can access your spinal while healing. Alternatively you can lay on your side for this session.
