For Spinal Flow Follow Up Sessions please book via the 'group' option. Spinal Flow Follow Ups are group flow appointments only.

All initial, reassessment, children and Mums & Bubs sessions are 1:1. Children's appointments apply for 0-16, 17+ please book a standard appointment.

Once you appointment is booked you'll receive a confirmation email and a reminder re your booking. Your time is valuable, as is ours -any cancellation must be made with at least 3 business hours notice or full fee will incur.
